No catch. It’s just free. We structured our business in a way that we could ensure this service is free for you, and stays free. If you’re dropping them off in person at a store, you would have to pay extra there either, would you? You have enough expenses to worry about, and our priority is keeping our rates as low and manageable for you as possible (or in this case, free).

  1. How many orders do I have to commit to? Can this just be a one-time thing?

Of course! While we’d love to see you again, there is no pressure or long-term commitment required of you whatsoever. We just want to make sure that you get a chance to experience this kind of convenience – even if it only happens once.

  1. How do I pay for my clothing done through the Pick-up & Delivery Service?

No, this service is entirely about your convenience first and foremost! Just let us know where you’ll be leaving an order for us on your property and we will swing by and pick it up or drop it off for you. No need for you to adjust your schedule for us.

  1. Do you only pick up clothing?

Definitely not! Year-round, we can pick up just about anything from you at home or at your office. Drapes, area rugs, sleeping bags and tents, coats, duvets, table linens and more.

  1. How soon will you be delivering my items back to me?

Ultimately, this is up to you in the event you require a rush service. However, generally we operate on a three-day cycle. Meaning, if we picked it up on Monday, you’ll see your clean items at your doorstep or back at your office on Thursday. We can work out a schedule that works best for you, just let us know how we can help.
